A £100million turnover UK business with a field sales team of 7 in Scotland and a further 23 across the rest of the UK. A top-tier manufacturer, with a loyal customer base and products that are highly in demand.
Market knowledge is less important than your enthusiasm, energy, natural people skills and your experience of managing a portfolio of B2B accounts. Those with re-seller management experience will have an advantage, but if you can demonstrate a strategic approach to sales account management, we’re keen to talk to you.
This is a self-managed role where you’ll drive sales performance through managing a long-standing customer base throughout Scotland. You’ll have full control over your own diary, splitting your time between working from home and being in the field (with the use of a local office space if required). The emphasis is on quality, not quantity and so, you’ll be left to prioritise and manage your time with customers as you see fit.
The overall approach is very consultative, with a view that by supporting and working closely with key customers, sales growth will happen organically.

Basic salary of £47,000, plus a monthly bonus package taking your overall OTE up to £60,000. Company Car, pension and various perks.
