A UK market leader with offices countrywide. They manufacture an extensive range of products that are well known and respected in the construction industry. Growth has been phenomenal in the last few years which has aided further development in terms of products, people and infrastructure. Due to this period of growth, they are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Scotland.
It’s likely that you are an experienced construction sales professional with a track record of dealing with Tier 1 Main Contractors.
To begin with, this will be a Senior Account Management role where you will hold sales responsibility for Tier 1 Main Contractors who all have a trading history with your employer for their new build requirements. No new business is required due to the growth potential of your current set of accounts so it’s key that you have the ability to foster strong relationships.
Ultimately, there will be the opportunity to build your own sales team in time.
