The Candidate

Experience: A proven leader with a strong track record in P&L management, sales, and business development. You have the commercial acumen to make strategic decisions that drive success.

The Role

Title: Profit Centre Manager
Salary: £65,000 starting salary.
Bonus: Lucrative profit share scheme with uncapped earning potential and a year one OTE of £100,000

As the Profit Centre Manager, you’ll have full P&L responsibility, driving sales growth, managing costs, and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll be the driving force behind the business strategy, crafting and executing plans that maximise revenue and expand market reach.
