A UK division of a €300m European group, this business manufactures a well-regarded range of specialist products supplied into the trade. Their route to market mirrors many sectors – products are sold through national and independent wholesalers and specified or pulled through by contractors and professional end-users. With national agreements already in place across major trade distributors, they’re now investing in the Scottish region with a long-term growth plan and full leadership support.
You’re already in a field-based customer-facing role, ideally selling products through wholesalers or similar distribution models. You’re someone who follows through, does what they say they will, and genuinely cares about helping customers succeed. Whether you’re in building products, tools, consumables or another trade-focused sector, what matters most is your work ethic, consistency and credibility.
This is a consultative field-based role focused on supporting and growing two key customer groups:
Trade wholesalers (50%) – you’ll partner with national and local branches, helping them understand the range, running promotions, and offering joined-up support.
Professional end-users (50%) – contractors, installers and trade professionals who need information, advice and reassurance to drive usage and repeat business.
This isn’t about high-pressure targets. It’s about being present, proactive, and reliable. Sales are regular and ongoing, and relationships are the key to unlocking more.
Basic salary up to £55,000
Quarterly bonuses worth up to £15,000
