The ideal candidate will bring a strong mechanical engineering background and a track record of success in business development within the manufacturing or fabrication sectors. Experience working for or with subcontract fabricators will be highly advantageous but by no means essential.
You are a proactive, technically minded professional with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients through your industry knowledge and relationship-building skills. Strategic in your approach, you thrive on identifying opportunities and delivering tangible results.

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and securing new opportunities across key markets. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with contractors, OEMs, and engineering businesses that require top-tier steel fabrication services.
This is a consultative sales role, where your technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical engineering will be crucial to identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions. You will be responsible for developing a strategic sales pipeline, managing key accounts, and identifying opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
