We are looking for an experienced, sales professional who has a track record of managing projects within a construction environment. You are an adept relationship builder, someone who thrives on creating and building relationships, supporting and educating customers, socialising and generally building up strong partnerships with your customer base.
You have a strategic mindset and can demonstrate a track record of seeking out projects, converting specifications and recruiting allies within distributors and contractors to aid you in your goal of driving sales growth.
This is very much a commercial, rather than a technical role and as such we’re looking for a strong relationship-based sales professional who can leverage a massive support and training structure to help them succeed in this sector.
As part of their energy technologies group within the UK, you will cover Scotland and the North of England (based from home but spending much of your time in the field). You’ll manage relationships with key customers within the built environment, getting involved in building projects, from mixed-developments, education, health, retail and commercial.
You will act as the primary customer contact in this sector, driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders within each building project, from building owners, contractors and engineers, through setting up and managing key product distributors, working in partnership with them to win business and provide an unparalleled level of service and support.
You will enjoy a huge training and support infrastructure to help you succeed, with departments on-call to handle quotes and technical queries.
