You’re confident in the field and enjoy being the face of the business to your customers. You know how to build trust, keep communication flowing, and create long-term value through service rather than sales pressure.
Previous experience in a similar B2B sales role would be ideal, but industry background isn’t essential. What’s more important is your attitude: proactive, personable, and ready to put in the time to get results.
This is a field-based sales role focused on looking after an existing portfolio of clients while gradually expanding your network. You’ll spend your time staying in touch with regular customers, ensuring they get the support and service they need, and steadily building rapport with new contacts in the region.
There’s no need to be a technical expert — success comes from responsiveness, relationship-building, and a genuine interest in helping customers get what they need. You’ll be backed by a capable in-house team who will handle pricing and quoting, freeing you up to focus on developing opportunities and growing account value.
