Located at Maxim Business Park, at the heart of Scotland, between Glasgow & Edinburgh, Sales Recruit Scotland was set up at the beginning of 2009 with the aim to provide full and proper value added recruitment services to employers seeking to recruit the best Scottish-based sales talent. 

Too many recruitment consultancies simply skim job boards and shuffle CVs to potential employers. In our eyes, this is not a valuable service. 

The company is headed up by Derek Anderson a recruitment consultant with over twelve years experience gained from various roles throughout Scotland and England. Derek has vast knowledge when it comes to recruiting sales professionals and takes time to learn about what both parties want out of their next move to make sure that not only is the candidate right for the job but that the job is right for the candidate.

Our  specialisms

At Sales Recruit Scotland we specialise in business-to-business sales opportunities. Most of the positions that we handle tend to be of a technical nature. Whether these are within construction products and services, Engineering or Information Technology, the positions that we cover and the people whom we work with tend to have a technical element to them and involve a problems solving or consultation based sales process.

Sales Recruit Scotland is a sales recruitment consultancy for those who have already started to build up their skills and experience within a sales environment. Our core business centres around territory management, field sales positions, and we also cover sales related positions in Scotland across a variety of levels from internal sales (or tele-sales) up to managerial posts.

Unfortunately we do not offer entry level or graduate assistance. If you are someone looking to break into sales from a different career path, (unless you have product experience within a particular sector and are looking to move into a sales role within it) we are sorry, but it is doubtful that we are the best recruitment agency to help you.

We are particularly successful at mid-level sales professional positions within niche markets, so if you have a track record in a particular technical space we would be very keen to hear from you.

How we work

The reason why we singularly focus on recruiting in Scotland is because we believe that in order to offer recruitment consultancy services that genuinely offer the best advice for those seeking work and the best value for those seeking a sales person, we need to provide targeted expertise. Expertise in the geographic area, the challenges within a particular vertical market and expertise in properly assessing candidates to make sure that the positions we offer are right for them, as well as making sure that they are right for those positions themselves.
